This Transparency Policy explains how GeneratorBrain operates financially and technically. We aim to be fully open about our business model so you can use our naming tools with total peace of mind.
1. Monetization & Revenue
We display standard ads to cover hosting and API costs. We never sell your keywords or profiles.
GeneratorBrain is supported by non-intrusive banner advertising (primarily via Google AdSense). This revenue covers our servers, software development, and the API fees for creative AI models. We do not monetise by selling your search terms, keeping naming options to buy later, or selling email lists.
2. Domain Registrar Independence
We suggested brand concepts completely neutrally. We have no exclusive deals with registrars.
Many domain lookup tools are owned directly by large registrars who log search queries to mark up desirable URLs. GeneratorBrain is completely independent. We search domain formats client-side and recommend concepts without pushing affiliate links or registrar bias.
3. Our 'Free Forever' Commitment
We guarantee that all live generators will remain free to use without subscriptions.
Our promise is simple: we will never hide generator results, favorite lists, or PDF exports behind a paywall. The tools you use today will remain free and unlimited.
4. Client-Side Data Integrity
Your data stays in your browser. We only compile aggregate, anonymized usage statistics.
All inputs you write to generate names, barcodes, or color palettes stay in your local browser state. We utilize anonymous sessions purely to track platform statistics (e.g. which tools are used most).
