• The inputs you enter into our generator tools

GeneratorBrain provides algorithmically and AI-generated content as suggestions and creative starting points. This is important to understand:

• Generated content is not professional legal, business, medical, or financial advice.
• We make no guarantees that generated names are trademark-clear, domain-available, or legally usable in your jurisdiction.
• For tools that use external AI models, your input may be transmitted to and processed by those models per their providers' privacy policies.
• Any AI-generated content you choose to use is your responsibility to verify and vet.

GeneratorBrain uses a limited number of third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:

We do not sell data to any third party and do not use data aggregators or data brokers.

• Contact emails: Retained for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, typically 12 months, then deleted.
• Analytics data: Aggregate and anonymized. Retained for up to 26 months per Google Analytics standard settings.
• Local storage data: Stored on your device indefinitely until you clear your browser's local storage or cookies. We have no access to or control over this data.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect information in our possession:

• All connections to generatorbrain.com use TLS encryption (HTTPS)
• Server infrastructure is access-controlled with principle of least privilege
• We conduct periodic security reviews
• We minimize data collection, which inherently reduces security risk surface
• We promptly investigate and address any reported security issues

No system is perfectly secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to security@generatorbrain.com.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data. Regardless of location, we commit to:

• Right of access: You can request to know what personal data we hold about you.
• Right of correction: You can request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Right of deletion: You can request deletion of your personal data (limited to data we actually hold).
